I've been a customer for over a decade. Of all the orders I've received over the years, I only had one issue with a batch of bullets. The shipper was obviously abusive with the package and it shorted my order. Precision Delta quickly resolved it even though it wasn't their fault. They spend the time properly packaging the bullets to withstand shipping. The bullets always come in at the rated weight and dimensions.
